Your initial physiotherapy appointment will be 60 minutes. Subsequent treatments can be booked as 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 60 minutes
You’ll be moving around a lot during the session! Shorts should be worn for lower extremity (below the waist) injuries and tank tops are preferred for upper extremity (above the waist) injuries.
We accept cash, VISA or MasterCard. We can also direct bill insurance via eClaims – please refer to the below heading for more information .
Physiotherapy services are not covered by OHIP and are due at each visit.
You do not require a doctor’s referral to be treated by a physiotherapist, however, some insurance policies require a doctor’s referral in order for the session to be billed through your extended health policy.
Please check with your insurance plan to see whether this is required for your billing and reimbursement.
We do not treat motor vehicle related accidents going through insurance or work-related injuries going through WSIB (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board).
